Introduction The SIMiles Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is a customer rewards program offered by Alacards LLC (“Alacards”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to eligible users of the Alacards eSIM application and services (collectively, the “Services”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these SIMiles Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions (the “Loyalty Terms”), which form part of and are incorporated into the Alacards Terms of Use. 2. Definitions “SIMiles” means the Alacards loyalty currency you can earn and redeem under the Program (1 SIMile has a fixed monetary value as described below). “Account” means your registered Alacards user account. “Qualifying Purchase” means an eligible eSIM or top-up purchase made through the Alacards app or website, paid fully or partly with cash (card, wallet, or other non-SIMiles payment methods). “Tier” means your Program status level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum), determined by your total Qualifying Spend in the preceding 12-month period. “Qualifying Spend” means the total amount actually paid in cash (excluding SIMiles redemptions, coupons, and certain discounted purchases) for Qualifying Purchases. 3. Eligibility and Enrollment The Program is available to individuals who have a valid Alacards Account and are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Enrollment is automatic when you create an Account; you are enrolled as a Bronze member and can begin earning SIMiles on Qualifying Purchases. The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only; we may restrict or terminate participation for Accounts used for resale, bulk purchasing, or fraudulent activity. 4. SIMiles Earning Rules 4.1 Point Value SIMiles have a fixed value for redemption: 1 SIMile = 0.01 USD (1 US cent). 4.2 Base Earning Rates by Tier For each full 1 USD of Qualifying Spend (or equivalent in other currencies, converted at the rate used by Alacards at the time of purchase), you earn SIMiles based on your Tier: - Bronze: 1 SIMile per 1 USD spent (approx. 1% cashback equivalent). - Silver: 1.25 SIMiles per 1 USD spent. - Gold: 1.5 SIMiles per 1 USD spent. - Platinum: 2 SIMiles per 1 USD spent (approx. 2% cashback equivalent). Alacards may round SIMiles to the nearest whole number for technical or accounting reasons. 4.3 Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions SIMiles are earned only on the cash portion of Qualifying Purchases. You do not earn SIMiles on: Amounts paid with SIMiles. Taxes, fees, and surcharges where applicable. Transactions fully discounted by promo codes, referral credits, chargebacks, refunds, or other non-cash credits. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or disputed, Alacards may deduct the corresponding SIMiles from your balance. 4.4 Posting of SIMiles SIMiles earned on a Qualifying Purchase will generally be credited to your Account after the transaction is successfully completed and confirmed by our systems, which may take up to a few days. 5. Tiers and Qualification Your Tier is based on your cumulative Qualifying Spend over the last 12 months, calculated on a rolling basis. 5.1 Tier Thresholds - Bronze - 12-Month Qualifying Spend (USD): 0 – 199 - Typical Monthly Spend (approx.): 0 – 16 - Earn Rate: 1× (1 SIMile per 1 USD) - Max Redemption per Purchase: Up to 10% of purchase price - Silver - 12-Month Qualifying Spend (USD): 200 – 499 - Typical Monthly Spend (approx.): 17 – 42 - Earn Rate: 1.25× (1.25 SIMiles per 1 USD) - Max Redemption per Purchase: Up to 15% of purchase price - Gold - 12-Month Qualifying Spend (USD): 500 – 999 - Typical Monthly Spend (approx.): 42 – 83 - Earn Rate: 1.5× (1.5 SIMiles per 1 USD) - Max Redemption per Purchase: Up to 20% of purchase price - Platinum - 12-Month Qualifying Spend (USD): 1,000+ - Typical Monthly Spend (approx.): 83+ - Earn Rate: 2× (2 SIMiles per 1 USD) - Max Redemption per Purchase: Up to 25% of purchase price (Actual redemption may also be limited by SIMiles usage limits set for specific products, as described in Section 6.3.) 5.2 Tier Evaluation and Downgrades Your Tier is evaluated continuously based on your cumulative Qualifying Spend in the previous 12 months. When you cross a higher Tier threshold, your Tier is upgraded and you start earning at the higher rate on subsequent Qualifying Purchases. If your Qualifying Spend falls below the threshold for your current Tier when recalculated, we may downgrade your Tier at the start of the next evaluation period. 6. SIMiles Redemption 6.1 How to Redeem You can redeem SIMiles as a partial discount towards eligible eSIM purchases or top-ups made through the Alacards app or website. Redemption happens at checkout by selecting the SIMiles amount you wish to apply (up to the maximums described below). 6.2 Redemption Value SIMiles are redeemed at a fixed rate of 1 SIMile = 0.01 USD discount on the transaction amount. 6.3 Redemption Caps per Tier and Product To protect pricing and ensure program sustainability, the amount of any single purchase that can be paid with SIMiles is capped by Tier: Bronze: Up to 10% of the purchase price can be paid with SIMiles (subject to product-specific limits). Silver: Up to 15% of the purchase price. Gold: Up to 20% of the purchase price. Platinum: Up to 25% of the purchase price. In addition, certain products may have specific SIMiles usage limits (for example, a fixed maximum discount in USD or a lower percentage cap); such limits will be shown in the product details or at checkout. 6.4 Payment Structure Payment for purchases must always be either: 100% cash (card, wallet, etc.), or A combination of cash + SIMiles. Purchases cannot be paid entirely with SIMiles. 6.5 Non-Transferability and No Cash Out SIMiles are not cash, are not legal tender, and have no cash value outside the Program. SIMiles cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or assigned between users, Accounts, or third parties, except where we enable a specific in-app feature for that purpose. You cannot redeem SIMiles for cash, bank transfer, or any monetary payout. 7. Expiry, Inactivity, and Account Closure 7.1 SIMiles Expiry SIMiles will expire after 12 months of inactivity on your Account (no Qualifying Purchases and no SIMiles redemptions). We may send you reminders before expiry, but it is your responsibility to track your balance and expiry dates in the app. 7.2 Inactive or Closed Accounts If your Account is closed by you or by Alacards (for example, due to fraud or Terms of Use violations), all unredeemed SIMiles will be forfeited and cannot be restored. We may also suspend or remove SIMiles if we detect abuse, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Program. 8. Program Changes and Termination Alacards may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (in whole or in part), and may change earning rates, redemption rules, Tier thresholds, or eligibility criteria at any time, subject to applicable law. If we materially change or discontinue the Program, we will endeavor to provide reasonable prior notice via the app, website, or email, where practicable. Changes will not affect SIMiles already redeemed before the change effective date, but may affect SIMiles not yet earned or redeemed. 9. Responsibility and Limitations Alacards is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incorrectly credited SIMiles due to network issues, technical errors, or information provided inaccurately by you. Our total liability in connection with the Program will be limited to the value of SIMiles wrongly credited or debited, where proven, and subject to applicable law. Some benefits or features of the Program may not be available in all countries or for all users, due to local regulations or technical constraints. 10. Data Protection and Communication By participating in the Program, you consent to Alacards processing your personal data to operate and improve the Program, consistent with our Privacy Policy. We may contact you with Program-related communications such as Tier updates, balance summaries, and expiry reminders through email, push notifications, or in-app messages. 11. Governing Law and Contact These Loyalty Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Alacards LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer laws apply.
