Terms & Conditions for Alacards Website and Mobile App

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Alacards website, mobile application, products, content, and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a product, installing the app, browsing the website, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them.

As a general rule, digital products that have been activated, delivered, or used may not be refundable except where required by law or where a product fails to function as described.

We do not guarantee that the website, app, or Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Service quality may depend on third-party networks, device performance, geographic coverage, and other factors outside our control, similar to how eSIM providers rely on network partners.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services, payment providers, app stores, or network partners.
We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, policies, availability, or actions.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, designs, logos, text, graphics, and other materials on the Services are owned by Alacards or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
13. User Content

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Alacards for the affected product or service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alacards, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
19. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website or app with a new “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be handled in the courts or forum specified by Alacards, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
